By using ai Concierges services, you agree to the terms and conditions of the company/bank and those to govern its services collectively/individually.
The service provided includes obtaining products from various reputed suppliers.
While ai Concierges aims at fully satisfying each their premier clients, the company and bank will not be responsible for any inherent defect in any product, poor quality of a product, unsuitability of the product for a particular purpose.
Services and products that are not directly produced by ai Concierges shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency or an increase of price/ rates.
The client will only pay cost price of requested items and will be provided with a receipt from the source.

There are no service charges as services are free of charge and covered by aiBANK for their premier customers.
All the services provided by Les concierges – Egypt and customers should refer to them in any requests.
