Definition of Handicapped Customers 
In accordance with the instructions of the Central Bank of Egypt regarding the necessity of facilitating the access of persons with disabilities to banking services and products through bank branches, and it is also prohibited to exclude or restrict any customer with disabilities from accessing banking services for a reason related to his disability.
Handicapped benefit from all banking services and products, and account can be opened for them throughout the year, whether within the initiative of the Central Bank for financial inclusion or outside the initiative.
